New Trolleybuses, Trams and Trains in Tallinn, Estonia 🇪🇪 | 2026

Tallinn’s public transport network has changed significantly in recent years, with new trams and trains entering service and the city’s trolleybus system returning after the reconstruction of its infrastructure. In this video, we explore public transport in the Estonian capital in 2026 — from the new Škoda 32Tr and 33Tr trolleybuses and PESA Twist trams to Estonia’s new Škoda 21Ev trains. We travel along Tallinn’s newest tram extension serving the Port of Tallinn, see the future Rail Baltica station at Ülemiste, and explore the diverse tram fleet that still includes olderTatra vehicles alongside modern CAF and PESA trams. We also take a look at the recently relaunched trolleybus network, which has received an entirely new fleet after earlier plans to phase out trolleybuses were abandoned.
