The FBI doubled the reward to $20,000 for this person, Ronald Scott Watson.
They're wanted on federal charges for trying to burn down a federal immigration building
in downtown Atlanta in 2020.
Fox 5's Denise Dillon is at the live desk tonight with more, and Watson could be in
Atlanta, Denise.
Yeah, they very well could be.
They have ties to Atlanta as well as Oregon.
So FBI agents are focusing on those areas as well as Washington, California, and a number
This person is known to be armed and dangerous.
Ronald Scott Watson is wanted by the FBI.
Watson is charged with arson and destruction of government property.
Agents say Watson was part of a group of demonstrators who smashed windows, spray-painted graffiti,
and caused other damage at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices in downtown
Atlanta in July of 2020.
They threw rocks, they threw Molotov cocktails, they threw several items that damaged the
building and created $78,000 worth of damage.
Six years later, Watson has eluded capture.
The 29-year-old has a number of aliases, including Sarah Watson, Miranda Kyle, Emily Smith, and
Victoria Watson.
And agents say Watson may be transitioning.
This person could present as male or female.
But Watson's 5-foot, 11-inch frame, brown eyes, and distinct tattoos have not changed.
One of the tattoos is described as a woman plowing.
There are also three faces tattooed on their right arm.
The FBI is putting the word out across the country that they're looking for Watson and
they're offering a $20,000 reward.
They're a current felon and one of our initiatives right now is to crush violent crime and to
get violent individuals off the street.
And if you know anything about Watson's whereabouts, call the FBI or you can submit a tip online.
