Meet the Canadian quarterback playing for St. Stanislaus this season

If you go way back, most of the players in Canada, everybody's trying to go to college here. So for us, the goal is to come play in the United States, and there's more opportunities to get offers and scholarships for college. And I already graduated in Quebec, so for my last year of high school, I wanted to come down here and play some American football. What I really like about football is that it's available for everybody. There's tall guys, small guys, big guys, skinny guys, fast, slow, strong, weak, and it's a sport for everyone. Everyone has their own chance, so that's what made me want to play football. My first game was hard. It was really hard because the field's smaller, there's certain rules, I have more time to pre-snap read. So I took a lot of flags and did some incompletions, but I'm getting used to it now. Like I said, I hate losing, and I get on my nerves really quickly. So I try to be more relaxed and just move on each play. What are your goals for you and this team this year? I would like to help them win. My goal is not state championship, but I want to win for sure. And I want to just have my tape so I can get recruited after. What are your goals for you and yourself down here in Mississippi? NFL. NFL for sure. Absolutely.
