1 dead, 1 injured after Belltown shooting

Well, new this morning, another deadly shooting around Seattle's Belltown neighborhood overnight just a day after someone else was killed. Not too far from this one. FOX 13 Sean Chen is live this morning with the latest there from the scene, Sean. Well, john, yeah, we have two shootings with similar circumstances, barely a day apart and not too far from each other. We are at the scene of the most recent one near the intersection of Bell and Elliot. And behind me, you can see one window with a bullet hole there and the window almost shattered their police first learning about this one. Just after midnight on Sunday, officers arriving on scene, finding a 17 year old who had been shot. They tried to save him along with the help of the Seattle Fire Department, but he died here at the scene. The 21 year old man who was also shot transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition. Investigators say there was some sort of fight before the shooting, but homicide detectives are still working to learn what exactly happened leading up to it. Now again, not too far from here. Another shooting about 24 hours before this one, two people were shot early Sunday morning. One man in the chest, the other in the stomach. One was taken to the hospital but died. The other was in critical condition as of Sunday. And then we know that two others were shot but able to walk into the hospital and get treated for their injuries. It's unclear again what happened leading up to this shooting. We don't have any information on possible suspects in either of these cases. We are checking to see, though, if we can get an update on the conditions of those that are still at the hospital.
