CHICKEN ADOBONG TUYO
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilogram chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
7 cloves garlic, minced
6 whole garlic cloves
A little bit of salt
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
7 tbsp soy sauce (adjust to preference)
1 tsp whole peppercorns
3 bay leaves
1 tbsp dark soy sauce for color (I'm using LEE KUM KEE)
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp vinegar
Chili flakes for heat
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
A little bit of cooking oil
