looking out at the live shot there and I see all the sunshine. Yeah, it's gonna
be a good day for her. It is a new C. She's wearing her t shirt there. You
know, it's not too cold, but also not too hot. It really feels great if we
could turn down the dew points a little bit right now and be better, but we will
be able to do that today. So today and tomorrow outdoor days, hands down. We
are seeing plenty of sunshine right now across really all of our areas in
southeast Wisconsin. No rain, no thick fog near the city at least and no major
clouds. But there will be some very minor pockets of fog. We've had some
reported in areas near West Bend and Burlington. So just keep that in mind if
you're heading out the door. Big picture though, across areas of the
Great Lakes and especially Wisconsin, we're just dealing with a series of
high pressure in control and that is going to give us winds off of the lake
today. But what that will contribute to is cooler temperatures and lower dew
points, meaning it's going to be very comfortable as we head through your
sunday forecast and even into monday. So let's take a look, especially for
those who may have some plans for the extended weekend on Sky Vision. Plus
we'll continue to track more of that easterly wind through your sunday
forecast. A few light clouds possible, but it is looking to pertain to a
mostly sunny day today. We'll continue to hang on to rather clear conditions
to mostly clear tonight and not looking to have any impacts really for your
forecast tonight into tomorrow. Maybe you're doing some barbecues, some
grilling, you shouldn't have any issues to deal with. Now, as we head into
monday, the winds are going to change slightly more out of the south. So more
of a south to south southeast wind that still keep conditions cooler near the
lake, but it is going to gradually start to change our dew points and
temperatures and you'll notice it more so in the afternoon and evening. A few
more clouds could be moving in, not going to completely cover the sky, but
we will notice a few more that in the overall vicinity of southeast Wisconsin
heading into monday afternoon, but not bringing us any kind of rain. Now we
will talk about rain in the forecast because as we head into Tuesday, you
can see it's not too far from us off to the northwest. That is when we are
looking to have our next frontal boundary move in Tuesday night into
Wednesday. So the winds will ramp up. We could be dealing with maybe some
showers or storms right now. This model is bringing in earlier Tuesday
afternoon, but also can have some activity heading into Tuesday night and
Wednesday. So that is the next big change we have in terms of rain. At
least we don't have it today. We are dealing with dry conditions, sunshine
right now, most areas warming into a range of the sixties and will continue
to have our attempts right where they should be in the mid to low seventies
for most of us, maybe some upper seventies inland. But again, remaining
cooler by the lake. Our temperatures will be falling tonight into some of
the upper fifties and low sixties. So even feeling more that crisp air as we
are moving into your monday forecast. Now, while our dew points are gonna be
lower today, notice that gradual shift where that mugginess returns Tuesday and
a Wednesday behind are ahead of that front. Then behind it, we look to drop
our dew points again by the end of the week. So not looking to be a long
stretch of very uncomfortable weather that we've had recently, but we are at
least going to have some changes of the heat with some higher dew points and
storms Tuesday and Wednesday. Overall, though, again, your holiday weekend
forecast looks great to get out and enjoy.
