Let's make some creamy steak pasta. This is an original recipe by me. You're going to take your
choice of steak and cut it in really thin slices. This is a New York strip because it's really
tender and it cooks quickly. Now after your steak has been chopped up, you're going to season it
with some salt, some pepper, some garlic powder, some onion powder, some steak seasoning, some
and some red pepper flakes. Let's get this pasta boiling. This is about four servings of spaghetti.
You're going to add to your pot of boiling water and make sure you salt that first.
Now while your pasta is cooking, you're going to take a really, really hot pan. I love to use a
wok because you can use a lot of food in a wok. And you are going to saute your steak and some
thinly chopped onions. And you're going to saute that until there's no pink in the steak and your
onions are translucent. To this, you're going to add approximately two cloves of chopped garlic
and one can of fire roasted tomatoes. And you're going to let that cook through until it's all
combined. Once it's combined, you're going to remove this from the hot pan and set it aside.
And then you are going to add approximately two cups of half and half and two tablespoons of
butter. Now you're going to take this mixture, you're going to let it reduce. Once it gets a
little bit thicker, you're going to add approximately two cups of Parmesan cheese.
Ooh, delicious. Now you're going to whisk that Parmesan cheese in there until it's all incorporated.
So take your time, just make sure you continue to whisk. Then you're going to season this with a
little black pepper and some salt. And then finally, you're going to add about one bunch
of asparagus to this mixture. Now after the asparagus have cooked for about two minutes,
you're going to add your meat mixture back to this. I know it looks delicious. And then you're
going to add that pasta directly to this sauce. Make sure you toss it all together.
And then you're just going to take it, you're going to plate it up. Make sure you get some
of that sauce and you're going to garnish it with some freshly cut parsley. Bon appetit.
