Green Spaghetti Recipe

This dish has different names; Mexican Spaghetti and Poblano Spaghetti, are to name a couple. No matter what you choose to call it just know that it will be delicious if you follow this recipe.

4 Poblanos
1 cup cotija cheese
1 block cream cheese
1 cup Mexican Crema
2 cups chicken stock/broth
1/2 onion diced
4 cloves garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1 box spaghetti
salt
pepper
cumin
1 tsp oil
