Check out the new pre-approved ADU designs for homes in Boise

Hi, I'm Kayla Duclos. I do urban design work at the City of Boise and we wanted to support local homeowners in contributing to attainable housing here in Boise, which is why we created a set of eight pre-approved plans for accessory dwelling units. We worked with local architecture from Park Architecture to create these eight plan sets. They are permit ready and they are available to fit a variety of lot sizes across Boise.
