Through this video, you have unprecedented access to not only the celebrated 'special buildings' and get to walk among the famous T-Pillars, but also explore places the public never gets to see: the vast areas of domestic and utility buildings where people actually lived and worked.

We hope that you will be as blown away by the experience as we were. Nothing could have prepared us for the onslaught of incredible detail and fresh information that took us well beyond the simplistic notion of Göbekli Tepe as a mere 'temple'.
Our guide at the site was Dr. Lee Clare, archaeologist in charge of the excavations at the site, and of course, we couldn't have had a more authoritative source of detailed information at our sides. Every day, our heads were left reeling!

No other filmmakers have this kind of privileged 'access all areas' experience as we have and we hope you find this record of our three days as eye-opening as we did.

This is a blow-by blow record of our visit, with minimal editing and offered without narration and we hope those decisions will enable you to get as close to visiting the site and having an authentic experience of the place without leaving the your sofa.

The GÖBEKLI TEPE TO STONEHENGE PROJECT is still ongoing in 2026 and you can see the other content produced so far in this playlist: • The GÖBEKLI TEPE to STONEHENGE Project
