Accused carjacker caught after high-speed, cross-county pursuit

Scott Taylor, 41, was arrested in Volusia County after carjacking an elderly woman and leading police on a high-speed chase. The pursuit reached 130 mph and ended in a head-on collision on State Road 44. No serious injuries were reported, and Taylor now faces multiple felony charges.
