温水168毫升 Lukewarm water 168 ml
酵母3克 Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
中筋面粉280克 All-purpose flour 280 g (2 cups)
盐3克 salt 3 g (1 /2 tsp)

内馅 Filling：
洋葱150克 Onion 150 g
蒜15克 Garlic 15 g
红柿子椒100克 Red pepper 100 g
葱叶10克 Green onion 10 g
一点点小苏打粉 a pinch of baking soda
番茄酱60克 Ketchup 60 g （2.5 tbsp）
牛肉馅200克 Ground beef 200 g
老抽2.5毫升 Dark soy sauce 2.5 ml (1.5 tsp)
盐7克 Salt 7 g ( 1/2 tbsp)
黑胡椒粉1克 Black pepper powder 1 g (1/2 tsp)
4片马苏里拉奶酪(可以不加）4 slices of mozzarella as needed

炒菜油 Cooking oil
白芝麻 White sesame seeds as needed
