BOOSTING YOUR BOW WEIGHT- Here's how I get to peak poundage.

INCREASE YOUR POUNDAGE by doing this! Here's some easy ways to build up your bow weight! This is really important because as we move into hunting season it's time to peak out that weight. I personally practice in the off-season with 60lbs so I have to ramp up my routine to increase my pulling pounds for hunting season. I start with making sure I'm able to do 6 arrow ends without fatigue all session long. THEN I increase poundage and lower the reps until I am able to make 6 good arrows end after end. If I can't at first then I'll start with 3 arrow ends, work until 4-5 then 6. AFTER THAT I'll bump poundage again about a 1/2 turn on each limb and repeat. It's important you are able to practice complete sessions this way.
