Fresh yeast: 25 g (1 tbsp or 0.9 oz)
Sugar: 20 g (1 tbsp or 0.7 oz)
Warm milk: 200 ml (1 cup or 6.8 oz)

Flour: 50 g (1/3 cup or 1.8 oz)
