The Rescue at Camp Mystic

More than a year ago, historic flooding impacted communities across Texas, prompting a large-scale emergency response.
 
Coast Guard aviators, boat crews, and support personnel worked around the clock alongside federal, state, and local partners to conduct rescues and assist those affected.
 
As we mark the anniversary of the 2025 Texas floods, we remember the lives impacted, honor the resilience of the communities that endured the disaster, and recognize the dedication and professionalism of the Coast Guard members who answered the call.
 
Thank you to all responders and community members who came together during a time of extraordinary need.
