In his Telegram channel, Russian Crimean leader Sergey Aksyonov writes about visits to areas of the Crimean peninsula where power and water supplies were disrupted following strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on electrical substations, and talks about meetings and planned support for the local population. However, subscribers to the Russian official's Telegram channel believe the authorities are not taking sufficient measures to address pressing issues, instead downplaying and manipulating them, and many problems are simply not being officially reported. "In the Dzhankoy District, they're requiring men to have their passports stamped by the military registration and enlistment office to receive emergency payments. I didn't find this in the decree. Could you please tell me if this requirement is legal in this case, and what should I do? I'm also interested in the rural settlement's requirement to appear in person to submit applications, although previously it was permitted to apply through Gosuslugi. Is this a specific requirement of the Dzhankoy District administration, or is this the general situation across the Republic? Not everyone can leave their villages because there's no gas or transportation. People have to stand in lines from morning until night," writes a discussion participant under the handle "Tatyana Anatolyevna/Certified Psychotherapist . " The Russian leader of Crimea did not respond to the subscriber's question.
The program provides a one-time payment of 15,000 rubles to residents who were left without electricity and water for more than 48 hours following attacks on energy infrastructure.
The Russian authorities in Crimea have not officially announced that a military registration and enlistment office stamp is required to receive compensation.
"I invite the head of Crimea on behalf of the residents of the Razdolnensky district to meet with residents, not officials. Believe me, there's a lot to tell and show! The meeting place, as always, is the ATAN gas station," a channel subscriber nicknamed "Uncle Vova" invites Sergey Aksyonov to the meeting. At that time, the Razdolnensky district was already experiencing significant power supply problems following attacks by the Ukrainian Defense Forces on electrical substations. Denis Oleynik, head of the Russian administration of the Razdolnensky district, never addressed the issue of the prolonged power outage . In his Telegram channel, the official congratulated other Crimean officials on their birthdays and published a schedule of gasoline sales at gas stations in the district.
In the comments to the post about gasoline sales, subscribers are outraged that it is practically unavailable to villagers because the ads are posted late and there is no way to read them due to the lack of internet. "Voinka and Magazinka in the Krasnoperekopsk district have been without power for almost two weeks! And gas cylinders are now being sold at exorbitant prices, just like gasoline. Help them survive!" writes subscriber Marina Khohlova .
"There's no precise information about electricity. This means we have serious problems," notes discussion participant "Vyacheslav S." "'Lightning-fast response'? Are you serious??? We're sitting without power, prices are sky-high, and they're calling for 'cooperation'! First, give people living conditions, and then demand understanding!!!" subscriber Katerina Yakovleva criticizes Aksyonov's statement .
"The Dzhankoy district has been without power for 11 days. And your minister said, 'Don't wait a month and a half.' And that's a quick response. Let your ministers come and live like this. Maybe they'll change their tune. This is a cry from the heart," a channel subscriber with the nickname "35256 Irina" criticizes the Russian authorities .
