I healed my anxious nervous system with SLOW LIVING
For most of my life, I lived in response mode — always on alert, always trying to keep everything together. My body never learned what safety felt like. I was constantly reacting, never resting.
Slow living changed everything.
It wasn’t about creating an aesthetic life — it was about healing. I needed to slow down to reset my nervous system, to build consistency, and to finally center the things that truly sustain me: rest, nourishment, connection, presence.
In this video, I share what slow living really means when you’re healing from trauma — how it helped me move from survival mode to peace, and how building simple rhythms and routines gave my body and mind a new sense of safety.
If you’ve ever felt exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in constant reaction mode — this is for you. You deserve a life that moves at a pace your nervous system can trust. 🤍
