配方 Ingredients:
鸡蛋1个(60克)
1 egg (60 g)
速发干酵母3克(1 茶匙)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
温水120毫升
Warm water 120 ml
中筋面粉或通用面粉250克 (2杯)
Plain flour/all purpose flour 250 g (2 cup)
盐3克 ( 1/2茶匙)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
小苏打0.6克(1/8 茶匙)
Baking soda 0.6 g (1/8 tsp)

食用油
Cooking oil

油温160-180摄氏度
Cooking oil temperature 160-180 ℃ / 320-355 ℉
