Just a quick arm workout for Gavin. Mostly hitting the triceps. But these 4 exercises left his arms on fire! We didn't film the entire time. Do 3 sets of each exercise - so 12 total sets. Find a good weight that you can do about 10 reps on. The very last set keep going till failure and feel that burn.

Gavin will keep working and getting bigger and stronger. Stay tuned...
