No Days Off: Teen Athletes Still Training on Vacation

This video is a collection of our vacation workouts. Yes we relax, rest, and enjoy our vacations but we also enjoy working out on vacation. And as for Collin (11th grader) and Gavin (9th grader), they still have big goals as teenage athletes so working on vacation is just part of it (especially been gone a full week). And it gives us a chance to do some workouts/exercises they don't normally do with their high school football workouts. So it's a good change for them. It's fun seeing them progress with their strength and muscle growth/development!
