Ingredients:
Meatballs:
800 g ground meat, mixed or beef (28 oz)
1 egg
70 g breadcrumbs (⅔ cup)
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
120 g mozzarella or gouda, diced (4.2 oz)
2 tbsp oil for frying

Potato Cakes:
900 g potatoes (2 lb)
40 g butter (2.8 tbsp)
1 egg yolk
60 g parmesan or gouda, grated (2.1 oz)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 pinch nutmeg
½ tsp pepper

Bell Pepper Butter Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 garlic clove
150 ml beef broth (⅔ cup)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp parsley for sprinkling
