Hello, thank you for watching the video. With May here, my garden is starting to take on vibrant colors, like paint being added to a canvas. During my long break, I went to the Claude Monet exhibition, which is a great example of gardening color. Afterwards, I've been relaxing at home, baking my favorite cinnamon rolls. They're so fluffy and delicious when fresh out of the oven! I've shared the recipe, so please give it a try!

I hope you enjoy this video too! 🌿🐈💕

Cinnamon Rolls (8-9 servings)
Ingredients

▶Dough:
180ml milk (warm to about 40℃)
5g dry yeast
20g sugar
1 egg (beaten)
20g unsalted butter (melted)
300g-320g bread flour
3g salt

▶Filling: For spreading on the dough
10g unsalted butter (melted)
35g sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
10cc milk (for baking)

▶Frosting: For topping
50g powdered sugar
40g cream cheese
Lemon juice (optional)

▶Icing
50g powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water

1. Add the ingredients to a bowl in order and mix. Knead for 2-3 minutes until the dough comes together.

2. Cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let it rise until it doubles in size.

3. Once the dough has doubled in size, roll it out on a cutting board to a thickness of 1 cm and spread the filling over it (leave the edges 1 cm bare).

4. Roll the dough from the near end, sealing the edges tightly.

5. Cut into 8 or 9 equal pieces and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let rest until it doubles in size.

6. Pour milk between the dough pieces and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.

7. Once baked, top with frosting or icing and serve.
