Russian authorities arrested Yuri Zazykin, a combat general and commander of the 114th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army. The official reason for his arrest was corruption. The arrest of the high-ranking military officer was reported by the Russian resource "VChK-OGPU," which is linked to Russian intelligence agencies. He was captured in the occupied part of Ukraine and placed in a pretrial detention center in Donetsk. A local "court" will determine his pretrial detention, after which he was transferred to Moscow. "The suspicious arrest occurred on the eve of Zazykin's planned appointment as deputy commander of the 14th Army Corps, based in Murmansk. The appointment was expected in July," the VChK-OGPU reported. A Russian military general was allegedly caught taking a bribe. The resource reports that the general became the victim of "showdowns in the highest military circles." Zazykin holds the Hero of Russia award. We're expecting another Prigozhin and another march on Moscow," he noted. Purges are likely underway in the highest echelons of power in Russia. Businessman Konstantin Makhov, who is very close to Kremlin oligarch Arkady Rotenberg, has been arrested. The arrest was reported by the influential Russian resource VChK-OGPU, which is linked to the Russian special services. The resource calls Makhov Rotenberg's "right-hand man" and "closest confidant." This figure leads the oligarch's largest projects. "He is the chairman of the board of directors of RusKhimAlyans LLC, the general director of the Ust-Luga Special Economic Zone Management Company, the National Gas Group, the Baltic Chemical Complex, and others. Makhov is responsible for the construction of a polymer production plant in Ust-Luga as part of the region's largest gas chemical project, with investments of 2.7 trillion rubles," the VChK-OGPU reported. According to him, Makhov was arrested late in the evening with the participation of a large number of special forces. Makhov's arrest indicates that Rotenberg has fallen into disgrace. "If Putin is dissatisfied with one of his top officials or trusted confidants, then someone from his inner circle is jailed. And things are currently very bad in Arkady Rotenberg's former empire," the channel reported. He clarified that the Kremlin oligarch is experiencing very serious financial problems. Workers on some projects have begun to default on wages. "Arkady Rotenberg attempted to personally communicate with Putin, who had recently stopped communicating with him.
