Australian entrepreneur Sall Grover created Giggle, a social networking app designed strictly for women. She never expected that doing so would lead to the world's first historic sex-discrimination lawsuit between biological reality and gender identity.

After being sued by a biological male who identifies as a woman, Sall refused a settlement that required her to undergo "gender education" and pay thousands in damages. Instead, she chose to fight. Having now lost two rounds in what she describes as Australia's "captured judiciary," Sall is taking her landmark case all the way to the High Court.

In this raw interview, Sall joins Connie Shaw to share how activist judges are effectively rewriting legislation from the bench, how Australia accidentally 'weaponised' its own Sex Discrimination Act against women, and the shocking reality of other Australian women currently being dragged through courts for speaking basic truths.
