Stripping & Refinishing my Scratched Up 1960s Walnut Dining Table

In this video, I'm stripping off that old, scratched and chewed coating and applying a new, more natural, more satin finish to this beautiful Canadian made table. Made of solid walnut, solid poplar, AND walnut veneer, each section requires different prep and techniques, and there were also some puppy chew marks to deal with, and compression dents to steam out.

I'll be doing a part two soon, where I tackle the finish on the chairs, and reupholster the seats, so stay tuned for that.

This is the perfect refinishing video to prove that sometimes, often times, less is more.
