To my child, read this when you are grown.

Many people spend their lives trying to master their fate. They want to control every turn of their destiny.

I was once the same. In the burning passion of my youth, I pushed forward with all my strength. But when I became tired, wounded, and heavy in spirit, I suddenly realized that I had never truly controlled my fate at all.

It is true that we may know what we will do tomorrow.
It is true that we may plan for next week.
It is true that we may even predict what may happen next month.

But life always changes in ways we never expect.

Most of the things I wanted, I never truly obtained. Yet somehow, I received other things instead — things I truly needed.

There were times when I was certain I would succeed, only to fall painfully and completely. And there were times when failure nearly crushed me, yet kind people appeared and helped me stand again.

Angels guided my soul toward goodness.
Demons whispered desires into my ears.

When you read these words, I hope you will trust the goodness within your own heart.

Keep your soul kind.
Angels will protect you.
God will open your wisdom.

When you are kind, your mind will naturally become clear and bright. You will more easily see the evil intentions hidden behind people’s eyes. You will know what to do in order to stay away from traps, temptations, and those who wish to use you.

When you are kind, you will also see those who are in need of help. Open your arms and welcome them.

This world will become better when more and more people choose to remain kind.

May your sacred light drive away the darkness in others.
May the light of Heaven protect you always.

[Verse 1]
My child, read this when you are grown,
When years have shaped your heart from stone.
I once believed the road was mine,
That I could rule the stars and time.
With fire burning in my chest,
I chased the world, I gave my best.
I planned tomorrow, week by week,
And named the future I would seek.
But every dream I tried to own
Would fade like dust, would leave me lone.

[Pre-Chorus]
Life turned softly, without a sound,
And all my proud walls tumbled down.
The things I wanted slipped away,
Yet what I needed found its way.

[Chorus]
So keep your heart kind,
When the dark winds call.
Let Heaven’s light shine,
Let it guide you through all.
For will alone is never enough,
And human love may fade,
But mercy wide as the endless sky
Will lead you through the shade.

[Verse 2]
When I was sure that I would rise,
I fell beneath unyielding skies.
When I was broken, lost, and low,
A gentle hand would help me go.
The victories I prayed to claim
Were often smoke, were empty flame.
The failures that I feared the most
Became the road that saved my soul.
A hidden grace, a sacred thread,
Was drawing light where I had bled.

[Pre-Chorus]
So do not curse the unknown bend,
A closed door may become a friend.
What breaks your dream, what steals your pride,
May keep an angel at your side.

[Chorus]
So keep your heart kind,
When the dark winds call.
Let Heaven’s light shine,
Let it guide you through all.
For will alone is never enough,
And human love may fade,
But mercy wide as the endless sky
Will lead you through the shade.

[Verse 3]
There are voices in this world,
Some are bright and some are curled
Around desire, dressed in gold,
With poison hidden in the fold.
The angels call the soul to good,
Soft as rain on holy wood.
They wake the truth inside your mind,
And leave a trail of light behind.
But shadows whisper in your ear,
They feed your pride, they dress your fear.
They promise crowns and roads of fire,
Then chain the heart with dark desire.

[Bridge]
When your heart is clean and bright,
Your mind will open into light.
You’ll see the greed behind the smile,
The hidden trap, the honeyed lie.
You’ll know which open doors to leave,
Which friendly hands are made to deceive.
No hatred needs to rule your way,
A gentle soul can walk away.

[Verse 4]
And when you see the tired and weak,
The lonely ones too hurt to speak,
Open your arms and let them in,
Let kindness be where hopes begin.
The world grows cold when hearts grow small,
When no one hears the wounded call.
But one good flame, sincere and true,
Can wake the dawn in someone new.

[Final Chorus]
So keep your heart kind,
When the dark winds call.
Let Heaven’s light shine,
Let it guide you through all.
May angels guard your every breath,
May truth make clear your way.
May your sacred inner flame
Drive another’s night away.

[Outro]
My child, read this when you are grown,
When you must walk this world alone.
May Heaven’s light stay close to you,
And keep your heart forever true.
