The World Tree Calls - Part 7: The Mark Of The Father

After awakening in the frozen depths of the Burial Ground of Gods, he finally remembered who he was: the Sovereign Light, born from the crown of the World Tree of the Great Thousand Realms.

At that moment, the Father gave him a new mission.

The World Tree was dying, and countless great realms connected to its branches were nearing collapse. To heal the Tree and restore those worlds, the Father would need to gather vast divine power. But deep within the Burial Ground of Gods, many fallen gods still remained. Some were still alive, though weak and buried in darkness. Some had lost their memories and no longer knew who they were.

So the Father placed a sacred mark upon him, a seal of protection. If he ever faced mortal danger, he only needed to call, and the Father would appear at once.

Then the Father told him to go and find the surviving gods, and help them remember three things:

Who they are.

Where they came from.

And where they must return.

When the Father went to heal the roots of the World Tree, the Sovereign Light began a new journey through the grave of fallen gods. With the mark shining upon his soul, he walked into the cold and darkness, carrying one small light and one sacred promise:

To awaken those who had forgotten themselves.
