The Angel Beneath The Snow | The Seal of a Thousand Swords

In the deepest part of a dark frozen land, an angel sleeps in silence.

He is not lying down like an ordinary wounded soul. He sits cross-legged, as if still in meditation, still guarding a sacred breath within the endless ice. His body is covered in wounds, yet the true prison cannot be seen by mortal eyes. Countless tiny spirit-swords, smaller than sight itself, have pierced through every cell of his being. They seal his energy, block every inner river, and try to keep his divine power from flowing again.

The darkness believes it has won.

But evil cannot triumph forever.

After endless ages, a day finally comes when the angel awakens. He opens his eyes, and there is no hatred in them—only purity, warmth, and ancient wisdom. Vast energy begins to move around him like a celestial tide. His compassion is wide as the sea, his wisdom is high as the mountains, and his soul is purer than diamond.

One by one, the hidden swords are slowly lifted from his body. They rise into the air and begin to circle around him, forming a sacred Taiji-like sword array. What once imprisoned him now becomes his protection.

Then the angel stands.

The frozen darkness trembles.

It is time to fulfill the vow he made long ago.
