Whale watching in Canada with Thomas Müller

Departing from Clayoquot Sound near Tofino, the journey offers a closer look at the wildlife and coastal landscapes that make British Columbia’s west coast so remarkable.

Along the way, Thomas spots harbour seals resting near Leonard Island, sea otters drifting through the water, and sea lions gathered along the rocky shoreline—while learning more about the whales that return to these waters each year.

From late winter through fall, gray whales, humpbacks, killer whales and other marine wildlife can often be seen off the coast of Tofino, where ocean, rainforest, and rugged shoreline meet.
