Killer Whales in the Canadian Arctic

A rare sighting of a pod of North Atlantic Type 2 Killer Whales in the coastal waters of Nunavut Canada (near Bylot Island and Pond Inlet).

A large pod, many calfs and one huge male. It looked like they were feeding with rapid changes of direction, tail slaps and many gulls present. Very lucky to get a great sighting of these rarely seen orca!
