🥟🍓 Strawberry vareniki, quick and silky dough

The most delicate silky dough, juicy strawberry filling, and a minimum of fuss. The dough is very soft, elastic, and easy to work with; it doesn't tear when shaping, rolls out perfectly, and stays soft after cooking. This is now one of my favorite summer vareniki recipes!
You can refrigerate the dough in a bag overnight and use it in the morning with any filling—it's tried and tested—the results are perfect!
📝 Ingredients
🥟 For the dough:
🥚 Egg — 1
🥛 Milk — 150 ml
💧 Hot water — 250 ml (60°-70C)
🧂 Salt — 1 level tsp (5 g)
🍬 Sugar — 1 tbsp (15 g)
🫒 Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp (40 ml)
🌾 Flour — 700-720 g
🍓 For the filling:
🍓 Strawberries — 800-700 g
🍬 Sugar — 120 g 6-7 tbsp
🌽 Cornstarch — 20 g (2 level tbsp)
For serving:
🧈 Butter — 40-50 g
🥛 Sour cream or sugar — to taste
