Makes ~16-17 cookies:
1 egg
30g sour cream
60g sugar
90g butter
270g flour
a pinch of salt and vanilla
1 tsp baking powder

Filling:
220g cottage cheese
60g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp starch
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for about 15-20 minutes. Baking time will vary depending on your oven. _______________________________________________________________
