1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 medium lemon

Marination #2
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp turmeric or 1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp oil
Cilantro to taste
