Ingredients:
250g chickpeas (8.8oz)
Two sweet potatoes
1 onion
1–2 cloves of garlic
A bunch of parsley
4 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp curry powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Rice flour for coating
Useful tips 🔥
✅ Experiment with spices: paprika, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, or Italian herb mix will create new tasty variations
✅ For extra crispiness, you can slightly dry the cubes in the oven after frying
