Most Americans are drinking sparkling wine and Champagne all wrong — not because they don't have great taste, but because nobody's actually taken the time to explain what's really in those bottles. I'm Darryl. I'm a US importer, a Champagne broker, brand ambassador for ten Champagne houses I genuinely believe in, and the founder of The Champagne Company. This year I also became the US representative for Glass of Bubbly — the leading international platform for Champagne and sparkling wine. And in 2027, we're bringing the very first Glass of Bubbly Trade Show to the United States. This channel is where all of that comes together — for you. I'm taking you into the cellars, the caves, the vines, the back rooms, and the family stories behind these bottles. We'll sit with the growers, meet the winemakers — with a strong spotlight on female winemakers who are quietly reshaping the entire Champagne region right now. We'll bring sparkling wine to the table where it belongs, next to real food, real meals, real life. Champagne isn't for one night a year. It's a living, regional wine made by real people, in real places, with real risk. Once you see it that way — you'll never see a bottle the same way again. Champagne every day. Poured differently. Understood properly.

You know, most Americans drink sparkling wine and champagne.
Not that they don't know how to appreciate it, not that they don't understand it,
but nobody's really taken the time and the energy to really explain
sparkling wine and champagne, to explain the truth about what is actually in these wonderful bottles.
I'm Daryl Sanders. I'm a U.S. importer. I'm a champagne broker who focuses in on collectors
and the sparkling wine and champagne trade here in the United States.
I am the brand ambassador for a group of 10 champagne houses that I believe in.
I'm the founder of the Champagne Company. Our whole point is to bring grower-producer sparkling
wines to the Americans, to introduce these amazing products to our palate, our tables,
and to us on a whole. And this year, I became the brand ambassador and representative to the
Americas for Glass of Bubbly. Glass of Bubbly is the leading international platform and voice
for champagne and sparkling wine. On this channel, I'm going to take you where I go.
To the cellars, to the wineries, to the caves, to the vines, to the presses, to the back rooms,
to the business side of running a winery, to the families and the history and the legacy
of sparkling wines. I have a strong focus on grower-producers, but a passion for female
winemakers is awful. I believe that they are shaping the region right now, and the bottles
and the champagnes that are coming through their hands are worth more than money, because I
strongly feel that they're pieces of history, and they're ones that I would not be without.
Champagne, it isn't for one night a year or purely for celebrations. It's a wine,
alive, regional, made by real people, real hands, real places, real families, real risk.
Once you sort of see it that way, and you see champagne and sparkling wine as not just
a bottle with some fizzy stuff in it, you will see it differently. You'll see these bottles
better. You'll see the experience better, and I would hope that it makes you feel better.
That's what champagne every day means to me, and that's when I coined that statement. I coined
that from champagne every day, poured differently, understood properly. These are core principles
behind the Champagne Company and everything that I do. So if you're with me on all of this,
here is what I'm going to be bringing to you through our channel and our producer stories.
We go and we meet the producers, the growers, the farmhands, and in some cases, the donkeys
and the horses who helped craft these fantastic sparkling wines with their work in the fields.
We'll bring you the champagne table. This is where a sparkling wine and gastronomy meet,
because at the end of the day, why would you not reach for a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine
They belong at the table. The table is no longer reserved for still red and still white wine.
Sorry guys. Next year, 2027, we are going to be fortunate enough to put on the first ever
glass of bubbly show, the trade show for the American sparkling wine world. Just like they
do in London, we're going to do it here in the United States in 2027. Every week, we're going
put up some new content, whether it be interviews with champagne makers, wine tours, tastings,
education, how-tos. We're going to be doing everything to help you understand sparkling
wines, champagnes, cabas, proseccos, crements, American sparkling, Canadian sparkling,
Argentinian sparkling, Brazilian sparkling, German sparkling, South American sparkling,
South African sparkling, Australian sparkling, and New Zealand sparkling. If it is sparkling,
we're going to talk about it. Subscribe, stay informed, leave us a comment from time to time,
and hey, let's have some fun. I'm Daryl. What am I? I used to always say I'm your champagne guy,
or I'm your champagne expert. I'm Daryl.
