'They actually used a crowbar': Repeated car break-ins damage at least 10 vehicles

Residents in Philadelphia's Fairmount neighborhood woke up to smashed windows, dents and visible damage on their cars after a series of overnight break-ins.

It happened near the intersection of North 15th and Parish streets.

At least 10 vehicles were broken into, causing what victims described as thousands of dollars in damage.

Several cars had shattered back windows, and some showed signs of forced entry.
