MORTADELLA FRITTERS - BAR FOOD

Ingredients:
8 sausages
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped chili pepper
5 tablespoons of chopped parsley or to taste
2 eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs or until the dough reaches the right consistency
100g of mozzarella cheese, cubed

For breading:
2 eggs
50ml of milk
1 pinch of salt
Panko or breadcrumbs, enough for breading
