Today I’m sharing the most delicious meatloaf ever — incredibly juicy, cheesy, and baked to perfection in the oven.

This easy meatloaf recipe is perfect for a quick family dinner, weekend comfort food, or when you simply want something hearty and satisfying. Simple ingredients, big flavor.

🥩 Ingredients:

500 g (1 lb) ground beef
2 eggs
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
½ tsp garlic
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
125 g mozzarella cheese
4–5 potatoes
vegetable oil
fresh parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, and salt.
Mix until smooth and well combined.
Shape into a loaf and add mozzarella (inside or on top).
Prepare the potatoes with oil and salt.
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 30 minutes.
Drizzle a little oil and bake 10 more minutes until golden and juicy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
