Mozzarella cheese – 300 g (10.6 oz)
Parmesan cheese – 50 g (1.8 oz)
White wine – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
Heavy cream – 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
Sriracha – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Honey – 1 tbsp (20 g)
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (15 ml)
Egg – 1 pc
Breadcrumbs – 40 g (1/4 cup)
Rosemary – 1 sprig
Thyme – 1 tsp (2 g)
Oregano – 1 tsp (2 g)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Wheat bun – 1 pc
Parsley – small bunch
