4 cups of 200ml flour
1 cup of warm water or 200ml
½ cup of warm milk or 100ml
a sachet of dry yeast
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Sauce:
400g of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
a teaspoon of salt
½ to 1 tablespoon of sugar (or to taste)

Filling:
150g of pizza ham
120g of gouda cheese
70g of sliced mushrooms

The dough should stand in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
About 30g of flour for kneading. (the video shows exactly how much flour I used for this step)
Baking time: 15-17 minutes at 250°C (be careful not to overbake)

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt
½–1 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
Black pepper
Basil
Toppings:
150g pizza ham

Instructions:
1. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

3. Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 15–17 minutes, watching closely so it doesn't overbake.
