Cottage cheese - 500 g
Gelatin - 15-20 g (the more gelatin, the denser the dessert)
Water for soaking granulated gelatin - 80-100 ml
*If you're using sheet gelatin, the amount of water isn't important, as the gelatin is then squeezed out of the water
Condensed milk - 100-200 g (to taste)
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Hot milk - 200 ml
Cocoa - 2 tbsp
