Kyokushin Kata: Pinan Sono Ichi Kata Training.

Claudio Rodriguez is my private student who some of you will have seen in other videos I've posted. I posted a video of him doing this kata in November 2022 when he was a 9th kyu. This video was shot almost two years later (August 2024) when he was a green belt (4th kyu). Same kata, just a different way of drilling it. Here we are almost 2 more years later and he'll be grading for his shodan in six weeks. Time flies!
