Can A Siberian Husky Live in an Apartment?

You were just playing with yours, but apparently I missed it. Nobody believes that you play, cause I can never catch you doing it on video. Oh, look at you with your paws crossed. Aren't you precious? Alright! Wanna answer some questions? Huh? Wanna answer some questions? Ok! First question from Facebook. Kat wants to know, I live in an apartment. What is the best type of home for a Husky? She basically said, she lives in an apartment. She used to have a Husky. She wants to know, if it's ok for Huskies to be apartment dwelling dogs. My best answer for this, and this is just my own opinion, Huskies can pretty much live anywhere. What matters, is your level of activity with them. Doesn't matter if you have a house with a giant backyard, because if you are not out there playing with them and exercising them and doing those types of things, the big backyard isn't gonna make a difference. They're not real big and playing all by themselves. They like to be played with or have another dog to play with them. And be walked and go for runs and things like that. So, if you live in an apartment, you're just gonna have to make time to take the dog out. Take the dog for a walk, you know, even maybe twice a day. You know, once in the morning and once at night. So, it just depends on your activity level. Not necessarily the size of the house. As you can tell, Shiloh don't take up too much space. And Shelby don't take up too much space. Except for on the bed. Except for on the bed. On the bed, you gotta take up the whole bed. Silly dog! Mark wants to know, when do Shiloh and Shelby want the most attention? Right now? You want attention right now while we're doing the video? Really? That's pretty good timing, Shelby. I know. Shelby seems to want attention whenever I'm talking on the phone. If she thinks I'm talking to somebody and it's not her. It's usually when she wants the most attention. Shiloh is usually the biggest wanting for attention when we're in here hanging out in the living room watching a movie. She wants to be petted. She wants to cuddle. She wants you to pay attention to her. Shelby also likes to be an attention grabber when we're watching movies. If we're actually sitting down trying to relax. Shelby doesn't like to let that happen if she's not tired yet. If you're not ready to relax, we can't relax. Laurel says, it looks like Shiloh is doing well on her new diet. Is it expensive or hard to make? Do I have plans on feeding it to Shelby? Shiloh is actually doing pretty good on her new diet. She's eating... I know. She's eating the quinoa and rice. Or quinoa and rice. Quinoa and chicken. Shelby, you're a clown. She's doing really good on it. It is kind of expensive because not only do we have to buy the chicken. We also have to buy the quinoa which is like... I don't know. It's $3.79 a pound I think. We have to feed her a cup of it everyday. Plus, we have to buy the vitamins to add into the food. She's getting the correct amount of nutrients. It is kind of expensive. It's not really hard to make. I do plan on doing a video showing you guys how we do it. It will probably be sometime next month. We've just been so... Really? We've just been so busy with the holidays and haven't had time. Your other part of that question was, do I have plans to feed it to Shelby? The recipe is actually specifically made for Shiloh that we use. If you can not have to feed your dogs that specific diet, the balanced diet... They don't suggest feeding it to your other pets. Just because it can be so expensive. You are being a clown!
