🥄 Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)

3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚

12 tablespoons sugar (180 g)

A pinch of salt

A little vanilla

12 tablespoons sunflower oil (120 ml) 12 tablespoons milk (120 ml).
Zest of one lemon.
Juice of one lemon.
12 tablespoons flour (180 g).
1 tablespoon baking powder (15 g).

26 cm baking dish.

Bake at 175 °C for 35–40 minutes.
