Huskies are Dangerous Dogs ? FAN FRIDAY 136

Let's do fan Friday Vanessa wants to know is there anything special you do for husky puppies when they start losing their baby teeth Or do you just follow behind them and collect them most puppies actually swallow their baby teeth, so you won't find them So if you do get lucky and you find some you should keep them at least that's what we did Elsie wants to know what would you suggest for someone wanting to start their own YouTube channel and what editing software do you use? I use corral video studio pro x6 and as for suggestions for starting your channel, just do it Don't be worried about viewership. Don't be worried about thumbs up and thumbs down. Don't worry about all that stuff Just do it and have fun doing it Playing with big dogs says what is the best way to deal with people that think Huskies are dangerous? How do you approach that topic and do people normally listen? I have found that a lot of times when people are set in their ways about certain opinions It can be very hard to change their mind on things Like I know people who think that pitbulls are dangerous scary dogs And you can take the nicest friendliest pitbull over to them and say look this one's not and it's not gonna change their mind It's one of those things you have to be very careful about people can have very strong opinions on things like this I usually just you know, tell them I have three living in my house, and they've never bit anybody They they're you know, showing pictures of how loving and caring they are I think the reason a lot of people think they're dangerous is because they they're high on the reported bite list what that means is I know Huskies pitbulls Rottweilers German Shepherds Dalmatians a lot of times when these dogs because you know dogs can bite when these breeds of dogs do bite people they tend To do more damage than say like a toy poodle or a Pomeranian or a Dachshund or another ankle biter dog No offense to anybody that has ankle biter dogs These dogs tend to do more damage So when their bites are reported they're ranked higher because they do more damage when they do bite And that's how they get on these dangerous dog lists you tell them tell them you're not dangerous Have them come watch our videos if you have people saying that Huskies are dangerous dogs Send them over to our channel have them watch our videos and say look at these loving dogs Do they really look that ferocious other people just look at them and they immediately see wolves and that's why they're scared So, you know education is key teach them about the breed send them to websites about Huskies Send them books about Huskies. It's breed discrimination. I tell you breed discrimination We had over a hundred and thirty questions submitted today, and unfortunately, I have a head cold So it's gonna be hard for me to get through a lot of them But a lot of you asked about Huskies living in New Orleans husking. Yes, Huskies can live in warmer climates just like you You don't want to be outside when it's a hundred degrees outside You want to be inside in the air conditioning or in a pool or eating a popsicle? The dogs are the same way if they live inside with you in the air conditioning and you have ways of keeping them cool They do survive in weather like that when it comes for outdoor activities Just like you do do them early in the morning or later in the evening when the temperature has dropped a little bit But it is possible for them to live in those places. I'm assuming you're talking about miss fluffy, but here you miss fluffy But um, she's not so bad. I take the dogs to get groomed Well, we just started doing that we brush them ourselves, but we've also been taking them to get groomed every couple months They actually go next week and actually right now Memphis is the worst. Look you guys Memphis's first coat blow. There it is It's that you can kind of see see it all starting to come out. She goes to the groomer on Tuesday If you're watching Allison, she's coming Brittany wants to know how do you get a husky to put on weight? We've done puppy food raw meat and the vet says he's fine But you can feel his spine and his ribs a lot of people have this Misconception that Huskies are supposed to be these big burly dogs And they're not if your vet says that the dog is a healthy weight Then why don't you believe the vet that the dogs a healthy weight? They're supposed to be a very lean fit dog Even Oakley she looks really big but when she's wet, she's very she's actually very skinny. You can kind of see she Has a lot of fluff to her but your dog probably is fine If your vet says your dog's a good weight your dog's probably a good weight Heather wants to know how much does baby Memphis weigh? Memphis just turned nine months old and we actually ironically weighed her yesterday and she weighs 46 pounds so she's 46 pounds Shelby was 52 or 53 the last time she was weighed and Oakley I believe was 60 the last time she was weighed So you're getting pretty big there, baby. You're growing up too fast Azar says my mom says dogs have a strong odor and that we can't get one. Do your dogs have a strong odor? I really want a husky Actually huskies don't really have that dog smell like beagles and many other dogs huskies really don't have a Powerful dog smell it has to do with the oils in their coats and the oils that huskies have in their coats Don't actually put off that much of a smell. So if you could convince your mom, that's true. Maybe you could get a husky We got some mayo. We got some mayo We have a package from eight-year-old. I don't know. I always laugh when Shelby steals my blankets. That's usually pretty funny Memphis sleeping upside down It's usually pretty funny, too Oakley do you have any funny traits? I don't know. I'll have to think about that one And we got this awesome drawing from McKenna Last Friday. I had the letter that I didn't know who was from it was apparently from Jesse the mystery girl from last fan Friday And they want to know do I like Monster High? I've never actually watched Monster High, but I do like the dolls They look pretty cool. They remind me of Halloween And we got this cool drawing of the girls from McKenzie And we got a letter and a photo from a Nora and her dog Sophie who is a husky mix And we got a beautiful hand-drawn Christmas card from Liz Josh midnight and courage I think I remembered all the names from the card And we got a letter from Brendan and John and they want to know if we're having a good time with all our snow They're from California, and they don't get very much snow We are I would like it to warm up a little bit because when the wind out there, and it's minus 25 Can't go outside for a very long time and play so we're hoping it warms up a little bit for this weekend So we can actually take the girls out and play We got a Merry Christmas card from Leah And it's a picture of her kitty Chelsea sent us cute little heart and it says PS I also have two other cats called Dylan and Daisy And we got a letter from Jaden which with a cool little card for hope for pause Raising money for Raising money and awareness to help save abused and neglected animals and Jaden wants to know what kind of treats our dogs Like these three will eat just about anything And we got a really nice letter from Danny telling us about all of his favorite videos Thanks, Danny And we got a letter from Mackenzie Joe and Mackenzie says can you send me a picture of your dogs? For those of you that don't know every time we get a letter for fan Friday as long as there is a return address On it we do send back a photo of the dogs And I got a birthday card from Kiba alpha wolf 26 from those of you for those of you that don't know my birthday was December 27th I got a birthday card one for me not for you girls one for me And we got a letter from Jeannie Jeannie wants to know if we've ever been to Chicago. I've driven through Chicago Never really visited Chicago though Just driven through and also wants to know do you know how to prevent a nine week old puppy from biting? It's gonna take a lot of training nine week old puppies don't know how not to bite yet So you got a little bit of work ahead of you there? And we got a card and some photos from Laura Bravo Goldie and bandit. That's the card if you can't tell there's the pictures Doggies only got one leg see three-legged Huskies are just as good as four-legged Huskies. I say And we got to celebrate the season card from Ron and Lisa And we got a happy Christmas and Happy New Year card from Katrina Balto Juno and Fred and their card There's actually envelope that opened up like this. That's pretty cool And we got a Christmas card from Deborah It says from a fellow Michigander who lives in the desert and misses the snow like crazy Well, you can come on up anytime and play in our snow.
