This is Cody and it's Fan Friday!
Circle!
Good boy!
Memphis! Is it time for Fan Friday?
But, your best friend is gone!
She... She left!
I know! I'm sorry!
Tomorrow is your birthday! Tomorrow, you are going to be two years old!
Yes! There will be a Memphis birthday video tomorrow!
HuskyLover3 says,
Did the girls have fun with Nora and was it really her last day?
Yeah! I thought, some of you guys might think that the last day video was an April Fool's joke.
No! Nora actually did go home!
If you guys want to see more of Nora, you can check out her channel at
YouTube.com slash Let's Press Record or you can also search YouTube for Paw Record.
Which is a channel pretty much all about their pets.
I'll put some links down in the video description.
Oh! The sun got really bright as soon as we decided to film.
And yes! The girls had a lot of fun with Nora.
They actually spent two weeks with her.
Nora was here for two weeks, wasn't she?
It was so much fun!
But, I'm so tired now!
MeganLee28 says,
When are you going to come out with Shiloh, Shelby or Memphis socks?
Actually, the next socks that are going to be coming out or going to be
Shelby is going to be the next one.
And we are donating the money from her custom socks to Canine Epilepsy Research.
We're working together with Five Sibes and that is where the money from her socks are going to.
We're hoping within the next two weeks, we'll start making posts and let you know.
And for those of you asking, the socks that we did with Oakley we raised,
I think it was $585 and that was all donated to the Harry Houdini Siberian Husky Rescue.
So thank you to everybody who bought the limited edition Oakley socks.
Limited edition Shelby socks will be next.
ToriRandomGal says,
Are you going to do another cooking video for the dogs for Easter?
Actually, since Memphis'es birthday falls the day before Easter,
we're not going to do a full treat video.
We are going to do a birthday cake video.
I actually bought a box birthday cake for dogs that I'm going to test out.
The video of how we're making the cake and the type of cake and all that is actually going to go up Monday.
But you will see the cake in Memphis'es birthday video tomorrow.
Typical Lucy wants to know,
Are female Huskies more aggressive than male Huskies?
None of them should be aggressive and it shouldn't be one more aggressive than the other.
Huskies generally by nature are not very aggressive dogs.
Parker Richmond says,
I know your recommendation for Dr. Tim's dog food for your Huskies,
but what do you recommend for a non purebred Husky, Dr. Tim's?
Dr. Tim's isn't just for Huskies, you guys.
There's a couple different kinds of Dr. Tim's.
There's Kinesis.
There's Momentum.
Momentum is more for serious working dogs.
Kinesis is more of an all life stages, all breed dog food.
You can feed it to any breed of dog, not just Huskies.
Rice79 says,
I saw your dogs in the pet coat commercial.
It was awesome.
If they ever get the chance to be in a motion picture, would you let them?
Yeah, if somebody wanted one of our dogs or all of our dogs or any of our dogs to be in a movie,
we would totally do that.
I mean, why not?
You want to be in a movie Shelby?
You want to be in a movie Memphis?
How about you sleepy Oakley?
Oakley's like, I'm just so glad it's quiet again.
Sarah wants to know if Oakley has completely recovered
from both her cancer surgery and her bloat fiasco.
Yeah, she's actually doing really good.
You can actually see that's where the tumor was removed from right there on her leg.
Her fur is pretty much grown back over.
She definitely needs a brushing either to go to the groomers
or we may just have to do it ourselves.
She's not a big fan of being brushed.
So I don't know if we're going to do it or if I'm going to let Allison do it again.
We'll see.
But yeah, she's actually doing really good.
The vet gave her a clean bill of health.
Peter from Facebook wants to know how long a leash should be for a five month old Husky.
Um, it depends on what you're doing really.
I have a four foot leash, a six foot leash and a 50.
I think it's 50, 50 or 30 foot leash for training.
And I use them all for different things.
Like when our girls were little and needed to go outside for training,
we used the short leash so we could keep them right next to us.
When we were walking, we usually use the six foot leash.
And then we were training like recall or we were out in a big open area
and wanted to be able to let them get a little bit further away from us.
We use the longer leash.
I don't advise using like the longer leash, the 50 or 30 foot leash in treed areas
because they're just going to go out there and wrap themselves around trees.
So it really depends on what you're doing and what length leash you will need.
I have multiple different ones.
And I think the question we got asked most this week is now that Nora's gone,
are you thinking about getting another Husky?
Should you get a fourth?
Are you going to get a fourth Husky now that Nora's gone?
Since Nora's gone, are you going to get another Husky?
I have no idea, you guys.
I have no idea.
It's not one of those things that we just plan and say,
oh, we're totally going to get another dog now that Nora's gone.
We already miss her and she hasn't even been gone a full day yet.
Is that a good antler, Shelby?
Is that good stuff?
Is that a good antler?
Good stuff.
Yeah.
Do you miss Nora?
I know you miss Nora.
I mean, you're super tired.
I should probably put your collar back on too.
Excuse you.
I don't know if we're going to get a fourth Husky, you guys.
You guys, you're just going to have to keep watching and find out
because one day you never know.
Some crazy video might go up and we might have another dog.
You just never know.
We got some mail!
What you think?
Want to check out the mail?
Let's check out the mail.
We got a letter from Malamute Adventures.
You can check them out on Instagram and YouTube and Facebook
with some awesome paw prints.
I really want to do this for the dogs.
Get paw prints and then get like a stamp made
so that when I write you guys back,
which by the way, I need to work on that hopefully this weekend,
I can stamp like their little pawtographs.
That is so cool.
I absolutely love that.
Girls, we need to do that, okay?
Let's get on that.
Get little paw prints of all you guys.
It would be so cute.
But check this out.
Look at how cool that is!
Isn't that awesome?
That you are an amazing artist.
I wish I had talent.
That turned out really cool.
I love it.
And we got a letter from Renee and Toby and Renee had some questions.
Do you like horses?
Yes, I do.
Actually, I do like horses.
Horses are pretty cool.
Have you ever heard of making dog leashes out of paracord?
Yes, somebody actually sent us some dog leashes made out of paracord.
And any tips on getting a dog to go to the bathroom outside instead of inside?
Great training and persistence.
Don't give up.
It takes a lot of time.
Lots of treats, lots of praise and lots of treats.
And we got a letter and a drawing of each of the girls from Heather.
Heather, you matched.
Look at that.
You matched Shelby's coat color.
Almost perfect.
Check that out.
Thanks for demonstrating Shelby.
And we got an awesome letter from Inga.
That's Inga.
This is Inga's new owners.
What does it say here?
This is my third home in my short life, but I love my new owners.
Well, it looks like you do.
Look at both of you are smiling so big.
They said, thank you for all of the advice on your YouTube channel.
Well, you're welcome.
Thanks for watching and I'm glad you finally found your forever home.
And we got a letter and some drawings from Jesse
and Jesse wants to know if we have any advice for keeping a dog out of the trash
and also off of the counter.
Well, don't leave anything out on the counter that will entice them to jump up there.
Sometimes just that helps.
Another thing you can do is like use like plastic cups, like red solo cups or something
so that if they do jump up there, the cups will fall and they'll kind of make a lot of noise.
Sometimes that'll make a dog not want to jump up on things.
You can even use like Tupperware, just something plastic that when it hits the floor
might make a lot of noise, but won't break and won't hurt the dog.
And as for trash can, get a trash can in your kitchen with a lid.
That's what we had to do.
That was pretty much how we keep our dogs out of the trash.
Trash can with a lid.
And we got a letter and some drawings from Keaton.
All right, you guys, that's all we have for Fan Friday today.
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for subscribing.
Like I said, come back tomorrow around probably 4 p.m. Eastern.
Memphis's birthday video will be up.
You didn't do so yet, you can go check out Monday's video of girls playing with Nora in the yard.
And then Wednesday, we put up a video of Memphis and Nora making themselves into mud puppies.
You did.
Made mud puppies.
It was messy.
Super messy.
All right, you guys, thanks for watching.

It's time to go on some adventures, don't you think?
It's getting to be that season where we will be going camping soon.
Less than...
Just over a month and we'll be going camping.
Wanna go camping?
Because I sure do.
All right, you guys, thanks for watching.
Thanks for subscribing.
