Miguel, our COO in Colombia, is back at El Fénix to share what’s been happening in 2025. New coffee trees are in the ground, land is being cleared, and there are plenty of fresh improvements around the farm. He’ll also give you a look at the spaces we’ve set up for visitors—comfortable places to stay and the local food that makes this region unforgettable.
