Easy and Delicious Taco Soup 🌮 Dump and Go Recipe!
This easy taco soup recipe will become a new favorite in your house! So this taco soup is basically a dump and go recipe! I make this taco soup in my Instant pot, because one pot soup recipes are my favorite! You can make this in a pot on the stove, in a slow cooker or in the Instant Pot, which is what we did! Basically all you have to do is sauté the burger, and then dump everything else in! It really is that easy! We make this delicious taco soup at least once a month! It also freezes really well, so if freezer soup is your thing, add this to your freeze soup recipes!
Ingredients:
2 - 2.5 Pounds of Ground Beef
1 15 Ounce can Corn (drained)
1 15 Ounce can Kidney beans (not drained)
1 15 Ounce can Pinto Beans (not drained)
1 15 Ounce can Tomato Sauce (or died tomatoes)
1 Can Rotel with Hatch Chilies
1 Cup Salsa of your choice
2 Cups Beef Broth (more may be needed)
1/2 cup to 1 Cup chopped Jalapenos
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 Tablespoon Oregano
1/2 Tablespoon Basil
1/2 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Packet Ranch Dressing mix
