Recipe:
3 medium eggs (150g pure weight),
150g sugar,
a grain of salt,
120g of creamy butter,
50g of dried poppy seeds,
1 packet of vanilla sugar.
4g fluff,
150g of boroshka (10.3g egg whites),
15g of peanut butter for decoration.
Baking temperature: 170 degrees Celsius
Bake time: 49 minutes
Cake size:
Diameter - 19 x 9 cm
Height - 6 inches
