Today we're making Easter kulich using our family recipe, which is over 50 years old!
The dough is incredibly soft and stays fresh for a long time. And the best part is, you don't have to knead it for long! Just mix all the ingredients together for a perfect result.

You'll need:
For the yeast:
2 tbsp (50 g) flour
2 tbsp (50 g) sugar
20 g dry yeast
100 ml warm water
To continue:
3 egg whites + 5 egg yolks
350 g sugar
0.5 tsp salt
vanillin
350 ml hot milk
150 g butter or margarine (soft)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 kg + 50 g flour
200 g raisins
GLAZE:
150 g sugar + 2 egg whites
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 40-45 minutes. You'll need:
